The Los Angeles Lakers are getting ready to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves. LeBron James is already out due to tendinitis on the left ankle, leaving Anthony Davis to lead the team. However, there are now concerns about his availability as well.

The Lakers have been on a tight and busy schedule since their inaugural In-Season Championship run. The road trip has taken a toll on even the younger players of the team. Even though Davis is on the court getting shots in, the latest report reveals him to be questionable.

The Wolves lead the Western Conference with a 20-6 record, while the Purple and Gold rank 8th with a 15-13 record. Considering the Lakers’ performances in back-to-back games, Minnesota’s home advantage, and a relatively young team, Anthony Edwards and Co. are likely to get back to their winning ways.

Another driving force for both teams will be that they are both coming off of terrible losses from their previous matchups. LA lost to the Bulls yesterday with a score of 108-124, while the Timberwolves walked off with a 14-point deficit against the Sixers (113-127).
