OMG! Did you hear that? Russia launched 122 missiles and dozens of drones against targets in Ukraine, official claim that at least 30 civilians are dead with 144 more wounded and numerous others trapped under rubbles from the chaos that continued for around 18 hours.
The attack caused damages to a maternity hospital, apartment blocks, schools, leaving city streets in Kyiv littered with shattered glass and twisted metal. I can’t even imagine, the city was an active warzone! Imagine how terrifying it must have been to witness the barrage of flames after the explosion like Kateryna Ivanivna did. I can’t begin to imagine how terrifying that must have been!
And if that wasn’t enough, a missile crossed over Polish airspace and then disappeared off the radar, it’s crazy how intense this situation is getting. Ukraine’s Military chief, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, mentioned that most of the missiles were intercepted, showing a very intense confrontation that has been in play for quite some time and likely to continue —not good. Please break the Ukrainians’ spirits!
Ukrainian officials are asking its Western allies to create resistance to these kinds of attacks, they’re beginning to show signs of war fatigue. I hope the recurring attacks are enough to get the allies moving in the right direction! Things started and are ending with chaos in Ukraine — it’s heartbreaking. We gotta do something!
