Theo Von has made quite the impression as he joined the college football chat– and he completely puzzled the OGs on the air … It was definitely entertaining to watch.
ESPN capitalized on the TikTok zeitgeist and brought Theo Von on as their celebrity guest panelist for “College GameDay” Saturday … where he, Pat McAfee and the rest of the expert analysts relaxed and made their picks ahead of a jam-packed schedule.
The only difference this time around was Theo’s incredibly unpredictable nature and unorthodox tirades– which definitely shone through during the telecast, especially when he was discussing the match between Louisville and Florida State.
Television seemed to think it was 2013 all over again … because he brought up Jameis Winston’s name to discuss the Seminoles’ chances. Only problem … Winston has long since left the university, something Pat reminded Theo of … forcing him to pivot and come up with a new rationale.
It was pretty typical Theo, but Lee Corso couldn’t believe (or understand) what he was hearing … resulting in a hilarious exchange live on television.
If you’re not familiar with Theo and his brand of humor, this was a great introduction … man’s finally breaking through into the mainstream. Gang, baby!
