At this point, it’s clear that much of the trouble within Bungie stems from its own management. If Sony were to take control, they could bring in a new, more capable team that might make better decisions and lead Bungie back to success. This could mean an overhaul of Destiny 2 and the potential release of other Bungie IPs like Marathon. While there could be some short-term loss, a fresh start under Sony’s direction could ultimately lead to a better experience for players and employees.
