Sam Long is Back: Get Ready for His Next Race!

The 2023 Christmas season hasn’t even ended, but Sam Long is already preparing for the 2024 season. Better known as ‘YoYoYo,’ he’s kicking it all into high gear by announcing his early race plans. After an exhausting year of racing, especially since becoming a new parent and getting engaged, Sam Long is looking to keep it moving.

Sam has been busy training at his off-season and decided to reveal his early 2024 racing schedule on Instagram. If you’re a fan who wants to catch him racing at one of the world’s most beautiful geographic locations, Sam will be racing in Chile on January 7th.

Pucon, Chile isn’t just a region filled with natural beauty, but it will also be Sam’s first time racing IRONMAN 70.3 Pucon. This traditional first pro race of the season is still to see the starting lineup for what’s anticipated to be an extraordinary event. Spain has dominated the men’s event and home favorite Barbara Riveros has been the victor in the women’s event frequently and is the defending champion. This will no doubt be an exciting season opener.

We are excited to see the flying start that Sam Long is looking for as this season promises to be as exciting as ever. Stay tuned as we keep you updated on all the new, exclusive content for the 2024 season. Written by: Jonathan Turner, News Director.   » …
