Get ready for Major League Baseball’s Spring Breakout, where top prospects from various organizations will face off in a series of games. According to ESPN’s Jeff Passan, the event is scheduled to take place from March 14-17, and will feature a doubleheader with regularly scheduled spring games.
This exciting event will include all 30 teams and give the league the chance to “better market minor leaguers, an added point of emphasis for MLB since it started running the minor leagues in 2021,” as reported by Passan. The games will be seven innings long and feature 20-25 of the best prospects an organization has in its farm system.
