Mastering Operator Fury Kills in MW3

Are you struggling to understand the terms in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 that are essential for completing various challenges? One particularly tricky term that has been the talk of the town lately is “Fury Kills,” which is a requirement for a Weekly Challenge and a calling card in MW3.

If you’re here because of the Weekly Challenge that rewards the TAQ Eradicator, you’re likely facing the challenge: “Get 3 Operator Fury Kills with a Recommended Weapon.” The “Recommended Weapon” part is straightforward – it simply means any MW3 weapon. But “Operator Fury Kills” might be a bit more perplexing.

To fully understand what Operator Fury Kills are and how to earn them in MW3, refer to the guide below.

Operator Fury Kills simply require you to eliminate four real enemies in rapid succession. This means you can’t accomplish this challenge by killing four AI enemies in Invasion mode. Instead, you must dive into a regular public playlist, swiftly kill four enemies, and earn a single Fury Kill.

If executed correctly, you will see the term “Fury Kill” appear on the screen, indicating that you have taken down four enemies in a short amount of time. The timeframe between kills is quite brief, so you must eliminate your four enemies within six to eight seconds, or else it won’t count. All kills, including those with equipment and killstreaks, will contribute towards a Fury Kill. It’s worth noting that if you achieve more than a Fury Kill, such as a Frenzy Kill (five kills in a row), it will still count as earning a Fury Kill.

My top recommendation for earning Operator Fury Kills is to enter Rust 24/7 or Rustment 24/7 (if available at the time you’re reading). Maps like Rust and Shipment offer the best opportunities for rapidly eliminating a large number of nearby enemies as they spawn. However, if you prefer not to play on those maps, I suggest participating in any objective-based game mode in a regular playlist. Game modes such as Hardpoint and Domination have the highest probability of enemies being close together so you can eliminate them quickly.

Fury Kills are certainly not a walk in the park, so you may need to dedicate a significant amount of time to earning them in MW3.
