Could Antonio Pierce be the answer for the Las Vegas Raiders in their hunt for a playoff berth? The team has responded well under the interim coach, and it is having an impact. Raiders owner Mark Davis is reportedly increasingly impressed with the job Pierce has done to keep their postseason hopes alive. The Raiders have seen a turnaround since parting ways with Josh McDaniels and Pierce took over. The players have shown their support as well. Star pass-rusher Maxx Crosby and others are clearly behind Pierce. Will this momentum be enough for Pierce to land the full-time job? Time will tell. For now, fans can keep track of the progress as Las Vegas faces the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday and the Denver Broncos in Week 18.
