Google Bard to Integrate Advanced AI Gemini, Outperforming GPT 3.5

Isn’t it amazing that Google’s most innovative AI design, Gemini AI, outperforms GPT 3.5 and other AI models? Well, apparently it does! Google recently unveiled Gemini AI which has proven to be efficient in processing audio, video, images, and text, surpassing OpenAI’s GPT 3.5 on numerous criteria.

But that’s not all; Google revealed that they plan to power Google Bard with Gemini AI, raising the bar for the generative AI chatbot. The new integration will enhance Bard’s thinking, understanding, and planning abilities, allowing it to compete better with ChatGPT.

The 32k context window puts Gemini AI ahead of its competitors, enabling it to gather various types of data and provide output in both text and images. On top of that, Google also announced that the AI model will be released in three sizes — Nano, Pro, and Ultra.

Gemini AI was put through a series of benchmark tests and exceeded GPT-4 in 8 out of 10 tasks, including text-based activities like machine translation, Python coding, and text comprehension.

Gemini’s capabilities have impressed testers, with the conclusion that “the performance of Gemini Pro exceeds multiple capability models available, and Gemini Ultra surpasses all existing models.”

Looking towards the future, the integration of Gemini Pro into Bard will result in a significantly more powerful version of the conversation AI, initially launching in English in over 170 countries and regions.

This seems like a huge deal and Sissie Hsiao, Vice-President and General Manager of Assistant and Bard at Google, agrees, stating that it’s “the most significant single quality enhancement of Bard since we’ve released”.
