Last week, the Dallas Cowboys seemed unbeatable in the NFC. Then, the Buffalo Bills handed them a 31-10 loss in Week 15.

Now, the Cowboys face another formidable AFC East opponent in Week 16: the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins demonstrated their prowess last week, even without Tyreek Hill, by shutting out the New York Jets and scoring 30 points. Hill, who was questionable due to an ankle injury, is set to play in this matchup, making it an even more exciting showdown.

Both teams have much at stake in Week 16. Dallas is still vying for the NFC East and currently shares the same record with the Philadelphia Eagles (10-4). Meanwhile, the Dolphins hold the No. 2 seed in the AFC and are poised to compete with the Baltimore Ravens for the top seed and a wild-card round bye.

In addition to the Cowboys vs. Dolphins game, the Chicago Bears will host the Arizona Cardinals while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the Jacksonville Jaguars in other late slate matchups. Each team has its own story to tell and is eager to prove themselves on the field.
