The track from Jung Kook’s solo album Golden maintains the original’s disco lite groove, with JK sliding through his verses and the tune’s yearning chorus, before Usher appears about midway through to spread out a few of his satiny love magic. “Stop, can you feel that?/ It’s like paradise and earth relocations whenever we touch/ No, genuine, I understand you feel that/ The universe authorizes when you and I dance,” Usher sings in his smooth falsetto over the tune’s bass breeze.
“So classy and paradise sent out these vibes, yeah/ It’s method, method prematurely to leave, we disappear,” Usher includes, before slipping into the steamy pre-chorus: “You understand that, all night long, we rock to this/ Screamin’, I’ll affirm this lovin’/ All night long, we flock to this/ Screamin’, I’ll affirm that/ We’ll make it through the test of time.”
The collab with Usher follows on the heels of Jung Kook’s other A-list collaborate’s on Golden that include the hit Jack Harlow single, “3D,’ the Major Lazer-assisted “Closer to You,” in addition to “Seven” with Latto and “Please Don’t Change” including DJ Snake; previously this month JK launched another remix of “3D” including vocals form Justin Timberlake.
