Microsoft’s updates to Microsoft Rewards have customers annoyed. Basically, benefits for completing tasks were usually multiple points but now a puzzle or test only rewards a single point, which a lot of people find offensive. Many are also concerned about the potential removal of the Xbox app and changes to Bing search rewards. Search start on the 3rd search point, rather than the first, and searches have “cooldowns,” according to users’ complaints.
