Paldean Fates will be a combination of reprinted cards from 2023’s sets and a whopping 100 new shinies. Also included is an all-new shiny Charizard rumored to cost a fortune. The set will showcase some truly stunning cards, and here is a preview of those we’re most excited about.
Like Shining Fates and Hidden Fates before it, Paldean Fates has the word “Fates” in the title, because… Well, we’re not sure either. Probably because the people at The Pokémon Company International were so stuck in their groove that they couldn’t help but use it, despite it not necessarily implying “shiny.” Keep an eye out for the next collection titled “Fating Fates” in 2026, which is expected to feature reprints of the last three Fates collections and 3,000 new full-art shinies to collect!
