Start a meal with a cup of broth-based soup to eat up to 100 to 150 fewer calories during your meal.
Trade milk chocolate for a small square or two of dark chocolate and eat 15% less in your next meal, based on a study of chocolate lovers.
Want your mac and cheese without the guilt? Add pureed cauliflower and zucchini to your mac and cheese and eat 200 to 350 fewer calories, while still enjoying the same great taste!
Start your day with a protein-rich breakfast to resist snack attacks throughout the day. In a study, obese young women who ate a high protein breakfast ate less fatty, sugary foods throughout the day compared to those who ate cereal.
Try Greek yogurt with berries and nuts or a small handful of almonds, peanuts, walnuts, or pecans for a healthy and satisfying snack.
Skip the apple juice and applesauce and opt for a whole crunchy apple instead, to stay fuller and eat less at your next meal.
